The Knights of Sonoma County began in 2006, when three strong and humble men bonded by recovery, brotherhood, and a shared desire to serve gathered in the garage of one of our founding members and formed what became known as the 12 Step Knights.
What started as a small grassroots effort has grown into a committed group of 20 members, all dedicated to recovery and sobriety and community action.
From the beginning, the mission has been simple:
Help whenever and however we can, especially when no one else will.
Oftentimes, those who enlist our help are the people who have fallen between the cracks unable to access traditional programs or resources. That’s where we step in, offering support grounded in empathy, lived experience, and real community care.
